Kapitalrouter — Phase α Test-Live

El grid bot Phase α corre como daemon standalone con dashboard dedicado. Grid v1 (SmartGridEngine) fue retirado del runtime. Para visibilidad operacional del Kapitalrouter usa el dashboard satélite:

Phase β migration plan: cuando Kapitalrouter se integre con el patrón canónico de Midas (bot_registry + TOTP per-user + MIDAS_SIGNAL_DIR), este enlace será reemplazado por un tab nativo embebido. Hasta entonces, el dashboard satélite es la fuente de verdad operacional.
